At 2h10m this is almost offensively long for a screenplay devoid of any intrigue or emotion. How can so much happen with so little impact?
Perhaps it’s marginally better than the last one1, but this is like saying a train crash is better than a plane crash. It’s a film that takes more from the viewer than it gives. I am worse off for having seen it. I think it may have lowered my already low IQ.
I can’t think of anything good to say so I’ll just end this here. Avoid this complete load of toss at all costs, it’ll make you wonder why you even have a TV.
