Frozen

Love is an open door.
22 November 2014

This is still as bland and innocuous as I’d remembered. The songs are catchy and the Let it Go scene is well put together, but otherwise it’s hard to see what makes this the most successful animated film ever.

One thing I’ve noticed since last time; the art and animation are devoid of anything resembling heart or soul. These characters inhabit a textureless, featureless world that serves only as a platform for people to have a quick song and dance on before the credits roll.

Inoffensive but best avoided unless you’re desperate to see what people are talking about.
