An aspiring actress (Nicky Whelan) can’t get work on account of her striking resemblance to an existing movie star (also Nicky Whelan). Meanwhile as her career finally gains traction her schlub boyfriend (Chris Kattan) begins to wonder if he needs to up his game to keep her, so he takes out a loan from the mob to bolster his bank account.
This is a painfully unfunny take on a screwball caper-comedy. Nicky Whelan is the only person who seems even vaguely interested but she gets bumped out of the film for the most part by her incredibly annoying boyfriend. In fact, almost everyone in the film makes you want to punch the screen.
Half arsed dreck written by a bunch of illiterate 14-year-olds.
