Get Out

For a film that I found enjoyable because I didn’t know what was coming, Get Out holds up remarkably well to a second viewing. Peele drops not-so-subtle hints at what lies ahead without ever truly giving the game away.
I love the pacing too. The audience realises what’s up at roughly the same time as the protagonist, by which time it’s too late.
There aren’t many débuts that are as well crafted and carefully laid out as this one. Can’t wait to see what’s next from Jordan Peele.
