Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

Why is it, when something happens, it is always you three?

Hour upon hour of stilted teenage romance. It mostly rings true in its awkwardness, but it goes on so long that they only leave themselves the last half an hour to actually tell the story and get things wrapped up.

This is perhaps the most intelligent instalment since Azkaban, however. I am growing tired of these films now, they are far too happy to stew in their own world, but at least this one makes some effort to understand its characters including the oft neglected Draco.

It is fitting that Harry, the most dreary of heroes, should wind up with Ginny, a character whose purpose was to make the Weasley household look busy.
