Keeping Up with the Joneses

A suburban couple (Zach Galifianakis, Isla Fisher) discover their interesting and attractive new neighbours (Jon Hamm, Gal Gadot) are actually spies.
Jon Hamm really does have a lot of charismaaaaaaaaaaaa as do the rest of the cast (well, sometimes I wonder if Gal Gadot’s talent is “being extraordinarily atractive” but hey for the sake of this argument we’ll call it charisma), but it’s going to take a lot more than that to save this film.
There are a few laughs to be had in the contrast between the couples’ lives, but it’s one-note and wears thin pretty quickly.
Unsuprising, unremarkable stuff from people who you’d think might know better (Greg Mottola directed the very funny Superbad).
