Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery

I’m rewatching this very soon after the first time¹, and besides a few little details (a glass model of the Maltese Falcon caught my eye, along with a couple of throwaway lines that turned out to be slightly smug foreshadowing), it doesn’t reveal a huge amount more on second viewing.

That’s not a bad thing, it’s just that Glass Onion pretty much resolves itself neatly in one sitting. It’s fun being able to sit back and observe the smaller things with the full picture of the film in mind, and perhaps I caught a few quick jokes I would otherwise have missed.

A good sequel, let’s hope it becomes a trilogy.
