Tall Girl 2

After the tedious and lackustre Tall Girl¹ they decided to bless us with a sequel. I watched this at a friend’s house just after the first film, but we all fell asleep half way through so decided to turn it off. When I went back, we decided to finish what we started and watched the second half of the film.

These films must cost seriously fuck all to make, I simply cannot see why else they would exist. Completely devoid of fun, joy, charm or intrigue. What is the goal here? To create some background noise for people to have on to stave off the existential nightmare that is real life?

There’s nothing to hate here but also nothing to like. It’s just beige and sad and barely tells a story.
